If the folks running this site keep a close eye on their users, I bet it’ll keep expanding. It’s a solid platform for snagging bitcoin without having to share your bank details or social security number. Just wish there were more sellers accepting PayPal or Visa Mastercard.

I’m in a real bind with my funds on their site. I attempted to exchange one cryptocurrency for another, but it just didn’t go through. There’s no option to cancel the transaction either. Now, over 24 hours later, the swap still hasn’t processed. To make matters worse, I can’t transfer my leftover balance to another wallet. It feels like they’ve pulled a fast one on me with my crypto. And when I try to reach out to their support, it’s like I’m just shouting into the void—no one’s responding.
